This is a one-of-a-kind package and all-in-one for Ford cars, trucks, and low cab-forward trucks!

IDS provides complete dealership-level vehicle diagnostic coverage for all 1996 to current Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. IDS requires the use of Ford diagnostic hardware including VCM II, VCM 3, and VCMM devices. The IDS software license includes time-based access to the IDS software, software updates, and calibration files. IDS also allows access to FDRS included in IDS purchases.

This Ford LCF Low Cab Forward software is the factory dealer kit for Ford LCF. The Ford LCF is a software package providing diagnostics for the model year 2004 and forward F650/750 and all Low Cab Forward (LCF) Medium Duty trucks and all international motors in Ford trucks with an OBD II and 9-pin adapter. The software package is installed on the same laptops running IDS. It runs independently of IDS although both diagnostics can run concurrently. Communication between the PC and the 9-pin Deutsch connector is accomplished using the OEM Diagnostic Adapter Kit or any compliant protocol adapter.
